I for one can stop frettin’ and sweatin’ the small stuff because Norpro has got this one figured out for me. They have these very workable Cut-N-Slice Flexible Cutting Boards that, while they won’t change the rotation of the earth on its axis, will make cutting in the kitchen just a little bit easier to deal with.
One of the really cool things about the boards—besides being dishwasher safe—is they’re color coded. This could go a long way in helping to prevent against cross-contamination. You know, use one for fruits and veggies, another for meats and another for poultry or seafood.
